Graphic Design 101

Graphic Design 101 is designed to introduce high school and middle school students to the fundamental concepts and skills necessary for creating visually appealing and impactful designs. Through a combination of exciting video lessons, hands-on projects, creative exploration, and learning digital tools, students will be given challenging real world projects and assignments typical of the graphic design industry. Students will also be asked to do a final "branding" project where they will create their own brand, logo and campaign. 1 Semester course for 1 high school elective credit. This is an online, self-paced course with weekly quizzes, students workshops and quizzes.
