C&C Productions brings you Video Editing 101! This course is an all online, video based, and self paced course. Video Editing 101 walks students through 16 weeks (with 60 hours of work) of self-paced, online editing lessons. It is a deep dive into the editing world. Each week, students are taught different topics crucial to the overall role of a video editor. (Ie: basic to advanced editing, organizing files, color correction, eye tracing, foley, sounds design, and much more)
The course is 100% online, with quizzes and additional analysis lessons based on a movie, commercial, or trailer that is assigned each week. We have two different versions. Premiere Pro, a more advanced student choice, and the program costs around $30 per month. We also have an iMovie version so younger students wanting to start out have an option to ease into. At the end of the course they will edit a short film given to them to apply what they have learned. Syllabus can be provided if needed.
